• Wigs: Bob wigs, curly wigs, straight wigs, water curl, semi yaki, pixie, headband wigs, lace front, and more
• Beauty Products: Wig oil, wig glue, freeze bond, lace tint, wax stick, wig caps, head bands, melting spray, flat irons, curling tongs, combs, brushes, and more
• Services: Wig installation, straightening, styling, revamping, washing, coloring, customization, training, and maintenance

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept payments via M-Pesa, Card (Paystack), and Pay at Shop.
• For M-Pesa payments, you will receive an STK Push prompt on your phone.
• For card payments, you will be redirected to the Paystack secure payment gateway.
• Payment must be completed before order processing.
• In case of payment failure, you will be notified and asked to try again.

5. Delivery Information

• We deliver across Kenya.
• Delivery fees vary depending on location and are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and order volume.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
• For same-day delivery in Thika and surrounding areas, please contact us directly.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
• If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Customized products and services are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return is approved.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• For faulty or damaged products, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
